Bob: “Good morning, how are you?”
Susie: “Eh, tired. I guess it’s just a Monday.”
Bob: “Are you sick?”
Susie: “No, nothing is wrong, I just don’t feel great.”
This conversation happens more times per day than we could ever guess. Most of the time it’s thoughtless, empty, just an opening couple of phrases in conversation we pass back and forth with one another day in and day out.
Unless, something great has happened or is happening that day. Something we are looking forward to or something we did over the weekend that has left us feeling “amazing” and excited to tell people.
What if you could feel “amazing” by simply changing your diet, by eating for metabolic health and using food as fuel. Not cutting food groups, cutting calories, not portioning out food into containers. Just learning what foods make you “feel better” and learning how to eat those foods can make you feel amazing.
